Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering or related field with relevant inspection experience.
• Progressive roadway and bridge construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and reports.
• Proven safety record and valid US driver's license.
• Experience with field testing and material certification requirements.

Aufgaben

• Proactively identify and document deficiencies in roadway and bridge construction activities and communicate necessary adjustments for contract compliance.
• Conduct daily site visits to monitor work-in-progress and ensure materials/workmanship meet project specs.
• Mentor and review work of junior team members to ensure QA and best practices.
• Provide specialized inspections and written reports for bridge construction and OV activities.
• Supervise junior technicians performing OV audits and inspections.
• Act as SME on Developer activities including remediation and repair reviews.
• Monitor on-site construction activities and inspect materials entering work per plans and specs.
• Oversee sampling and testing in accordance with CQAP and project schedules.
