HNTB is seeking a Project Manager with proven bridge inspection experience to lead and mentor a local team in Des Moines, IA. You will oversee scope, budget, and schedules while coordinating with cross-discipline teams to deliver quality results.

The role emphasizes client liaison, proposal development, and staff leadership. A strong background in NBIS compliance and SDA/SCA delivery is expected, with opportunities to grow nationally.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, and plans.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Coordinate staffing and recruitment for projects.
• Support business development with clients and pursuit efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and monitor quality and budget.
