Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead contract scoping and negotiations.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Implement SDA delivery; develop and execute the project management plan.
• Mentor staff and support staffing decisions and performance reviews.
• Support business development and pursuit for mega projects.
