Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Manager with bridge inspection experience to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You will mentor the bridge inspection team, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure client satisfaction and quality outcomes.

You will develop technical proposals, lead risk reviews, and contribute to national service line growth while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to HNTB’s delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Lead the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to client’s satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead project delivery plan using SDA; supervise and mentor team.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development with client relationships and pursuit efforts.
