Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Manager with proven bridge inspection experience for its Central States Office to lead a local team and contribute to national service line growth.

You will manage projects through their full lifecycle, developing the scope, technical sections of proposals and procurement documents, and overseeing budgets, schedules, and client communications while mentoring staff and coordinating with cross-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in proposals and contracts per HNTB's SCA.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to client satisfaction.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead project delivery plan using SDA; develop and execute project management plan; mentor team.
