IMEG Corp. is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer in Sioux Falls, SD to lead large, complex transportation projects. You will manage design and detailing for bridges, walls, culverts, and related structures, while mentoring staff and guiding project direction.

You will coordinate with engineers, clients, and executives, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. This role offers ownership through ESOP and a path for licensure support.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• SE license or SE exam required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage projects; act as primary contact for teams.
• Collaborate with BD staff, Project Executives, Client Executives, and Market Directors.
• Assist with design scopes, fees, proposals, and contracts.
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare monthly billings and update financial projections.
• Ensure designs meet owner, IMEG, and code requirements with QA.
• Lead progress meetings and client communications.
• Mentor staff and develop client relationships.
• Address client concerns and manage change orders.
• Lead project interviews and presentations.
