Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to support and deliver bridge projects across Atlanta and Florida. You will serve as a technical lead, guiding junior staff and CAD technicians while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

You will collaborate with state DOTs, municipalities, and contractors, manage multiple projects, ensure compliance with DOT and AASHTO LRFD standards, and contribute to business development through proposals and client

Qualifications

BS in civil engineering or related field.
10+ years of bridge design experience.
Experience with state DOT standards (DOT experience preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver bridge and structural projects, directing technical work and QA/QC.
Guide junior engineers and CAD technicians, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Perform design, analysis, inspections, and load ratings per DOT/AASHTO LRFD.
Develop proposals, scopes, and client liaison for project opportunities.
Communicate complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
