Job summary

Piñata is hiring an Independent Brand Partnerships Lead to source, pitch, and close new brand partners for the Piñata marketplace. This net-new revenue role is built for a senior operator with a deep network: you bring the relationships, we bring the audience, the product, and the deal infrastructure.

It is a commission-only role with aggressive earn-structure and no cap or set hours. You decide how and when you work, and you earn a meaningful share of the revenue you create.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in brand partnerships, business development, loyalty, affiliate, or retail media.
• Proven track record of closing partnerships with consumer brands.
• Self-directed operator with a strong pipeline and ownership over deals.
• Commercially sharp: able to structure deals that work for brand, Piñata, and renters.

Responsibilities

• Open doors with loyalty, membership, and partnerships budgets at major consumer brands.
• Pitch Piñata as an acquisition and loyalty channel with partner-specific landing pages.
• Structure deals on our standard order form and Brand Partner Terms.
• Hand signed partners to the team for launch and manage ongoing account growth.
• Collaborate with the CEO on priority accounts.
