Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to develop and manage our brand identity across digital and print channels.

You will ensure consistent on-brand experiences aligned with Nava's vision, partnering with our comms team on digital, print, and social projects. The role requires leading brand strategy, creating artifacts that convey our brand essence, and collaborating with frontend designers and printers.

Competenze

• 5+ years design experience with branding, agency, or design firm preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grids, and concept development.
• Proficiency in both web and print design workflows.

Mansioni

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums and drive adoption.
• Manage brand assets including brand mark, typography, style guides, illustrations, and photography.
• Oversee external brand materials (templates, email signatures, headers, recruiting materials).
• Lead brand strategy, audience segmentation, market research, and brand guidelines.
