Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to build and manage our brand identity across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand experiences aligned with Nava's values.

You will collaborate with the comms team on digital, print, and social projects and serve as the brand ambassador for internal communications. The role involves shaping branding strategy, delivering annual reports, and supporting events with branded materials while partnering with

Competenze

• 5+ years design experience with branding, design firm, or ad agency preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, and grids.
• Proficient in web and print design workflows and processes.
• Able to collaborate with frontend designers and printers.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience developing brand strategy and communicating brand essence.
• Experience working with frontend developers.
• Trustworthy, detail-focused, and able to work in a remote team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Mansioni

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums.
• Maintain brand assets: mark, typography, style guides, imagery.
• Manage external brand materials and templates.
• Lead brand strategy, audience segmentation, and market research.
• Contribute to marketing strategy to raise visibility and preference.
