Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to lead brand identity across digital and print channels. You will steward Nava's visual language, manage assets, and design external and internal materials to ensure consistent, on‑brand experiences.

The role collaborates with a remote team on events, reports, and bids. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of branding experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a BS/equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience with branding or agency work.
• Strong visual design fundamentals and typography.
• Familiar with web and print design workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with frontend designers and printers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Nava's brand identity across mediums.
• Maintain brand assets like typography, style guides, and photography.
• Create external and internal brand materials including templates and signatures.
• Translate brand strategy into design for events, reports, and bids.
• Collaborate with comms team on digital, print, and social projects.
