Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to own and evolve our brand identity across digital and print channels.

You will partner with the communications team to deliver consistent experiences that reflect Nava's values and mission, from external materials to internal brand processes. The role requires thoughtful design, collaboration with frontend developers, and a strong foundation in typography and layout.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years design experience with branding, design firm, or ad agency background.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Figma.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual design fundamentals.
• Experience collaborating with frontend developers.

Mansioni

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums.
• Manage brand assets including typography, style guides, and imagery.
• Create external and internal brand materials and templates.
• Contribute to Nava's marketing strategy and products.
• Design annual reports and branded materials for events.
• Collaborate with People Operations on internal trainings.
