Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to own and evolve Nava's brand across internal and external channels.

You will build and maintain the identity system, ensure on-brand experiences, and partner with the comms team on digital, print, and social projects that align with Nava's mission to serve the public good. Competenze

• 5+ years design experience, with branding, design firm, or ad agency strongly preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grid systems, and concept development.
• Literacy in web-based and print-based design software / processes
• Ability to collaborate closely with Frontend Designer and a printer
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat), Google Drive (Slides, Docs, and Sheets) and Figma.
• Experience with developing brand strategy and artifacts communicating brand essence.
• Experience working with frontend developers
• Strong creative, strategic, and analytical thinking; eye for big picture and details
• Remote/distributed team collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

Mansioni

• Developing and maintaining Nava's brand identity system across mediums.
• Managing brand assets including brand mark, typography, style guides, illustrations, and photography.
• Overseeing external brand materials, templates, email signatures, and recruitment materials.
• Managing brand strategy, audience segmentation, and competitive landscape research.
• Contributing to marketing strategy to raise visibility and preference for Nava.
• Providing design support for projects, events, and bids as needed.
• Designing annual reports and conference materials; conducting research and user testing.
• Creating branded assets for internal trainings and executive presentations
• Partnering with People Ops and executives on internal communications and company-wide decks
