Nava Public Benefit Corp. is a consultancy focused on modernizing government services.

The Communications Designer will own and evolve Nava's brand across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand experiences and supporting design for digital, print, and social projects. They will lead identity development, asset management, and brand guidelines, while collaborating with frontend teams and printers.

Competenze

• 5+ years design experience with branding, design firm, or ad agency preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grid systems, and concept development.
• Literacy in web-based and print design software/processes.
• Ability to collaborate with a Frontend Designer and printer.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Drive; experience with Figma.
• Experience developing brand strategy and artifacts that communicate brand essence.
• Experience working with frontend developers.
• Track record of trust and sound creative, strategic, and analytical thinking.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage Nava's brand identity system across mediums.
• Manage brand assets: mark, typography, style guides, illustrations, photography.
• Create external brand materials: templates, signatures, headers, recruitment materials.
• Oversee brand strategy, audience segmentation, competitive research, and usage guidelines.
• Support project work with visual and communications design as needed.
• Maintain Nava's internal brand processes and training materials.
• Design annual reports and branded materials for events and bids.
• Create branded assets for BD, bids, and client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with People Ops and BizOps on internal branding and swag.
