Hilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Brand Analytics to join the Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team. You will analyze brand performance, create leadership-ready presentations, and support cross-functional initiatives across Customers, Brands, Marketing, and Revenue.

The role emphasizes dashboards and monthly/quarterly reporting, with a focus on owner profitability and competitive benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional work experience in an Analytics function.
• Advanced experience with Tableau, SQL, R or Python.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
• Experience creating leadership ready presentations in PowerPoint.
• Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Support projects such as new brand creation, launch of new brand initiatives, and brands performance analysis.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for Hilton and performance versus competitors.
• Build standard reporting, dashboards, and metrics with MicroStrategy, Excel, and Alteryx.
• Develop presentations and reporting to effectively lead change and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Brand and Commercial organizations to align data and dashboards.
