Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data-focused role embedded with business teams.
• Advanced SQL capability to answer complex questions.
• Experience with modern data stacks (dbt, cloud data warehouse, BI tools).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights to actions.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the analytical partner that business units rely on by embedding with teams.
• Deep dive data to answer questions and translate findings into actions.
• Own and maintain dashboards used for day-to-day decisions.
• Handle ad hoc requests with judgment and speed.
