Job summary

Post Consumer Brands, headquartered in Lakeville, Minnesota, is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, marketing, category management, and commercial teams to deliver analytics.
• Design, build, and maintain reusable datasets in Snowflake using dbt, integrating various data sources.
• Develop and maintain Sigma reporting and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
• Support cross-functional business processes including Joint Business Planning, Category Stories, and Commercial Strategy.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and serve as the trusted source for commercial insights.
• Mentor analysts in advanced analytics and AI-enabled reporting initiatives.
