Job summary

Hilton in McLean, VA seeks a Senior Manager, Development Operations to lead the Sales Analyst team and collaborate with Developers on growing our hotel portfolio. You will drive data-led insights, prepare compelling communications, and support strategic initiatives to close performance gaps.

You will partner with Development Analytics, Strategy, and Marketing to deliver proactive analyses and executive-ready visuals for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Seven years of work experience in Hotel Development, Analytics, Reporting or related field.
• Five years in strategy, analysis, or project management within Real Estate or Hospitality.
• Strong ability to use data to drive strategy and key decisions.
• High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce, STR, Costar, ArcGIS, Tableau and complex databases.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Onsite in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts supporting hotel project leads, RFPs, owner analysis and ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with Development Analytics, Strategy teams to close performance gaps.
• Monitor rolling performance with VP and propose solutions to meet goals.
• Create agendas, communications, analyses, and presentations for leadership.
