Job summary

Hilton's corporate office in McLean, VA hosts a role to lead Enterprise Analytics within our Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team. You will support Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue and Sales, guiding Hilton's strategy with data-driven insights and executive-level analytics.

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience.
• Two or more years hands-on with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Alteryx, or SQL.
• Experience integrating analysis cross-functionally.
• Understanding of global economic fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Articulate enterprise and industry performance trends and deliver ad hoc analyses to diverse audiences.
• Be the subject matter expert on enterprise analysis for quarterly reviews and economic/industry analysis.
• Partner with internal leaders to drive performance improvements with data.
• Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, and CSIA on QBR and earnings materials.
• Automate and streamline reporting with CSIA and Technology.
• Develop dashboards and self-service data tools and conduct training.
• Create presentations and reporting to lead change and improve performance.
• Support the enterprise QBR book and earnings materials delivery.
