Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will be the face of the company, passionate about products and building loyalty with guests.

You will represent AE values and bring your authentic self to work daily. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with responsibilities across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold brand values and policies in daily operations.
