Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with customers and creating positive shopping experiences.
• Able to stay energetic and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products and brand
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find the right products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to shoppers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Demonstrate integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals
