Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Knoxville, TN to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide exceptional shopping experiences, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while staying true to brand values.

The role requires energy, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and a passion for retail. You will work across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom as needed and contribute to a welcoming,

• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You’re a people person! You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
