You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering exceptional service while upholding company policies. This role values integrity, teamwork, and a genuine passion for AE and Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage customers with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to educate guests.
• Ability to promote loyalty programs and brand channels.
• Flexibility to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
