Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Sevierville, TN seeks a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll learn the AEO Selling Model and help guests find exactly what they need, while building lasting loyalty and representing the REAL self at every store touchpoint.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork, and promoting AE & Aerie products with

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-focused roles.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity while following company policy.
• Support team goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
