Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and take pride in representing our values.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. Enthusiasm, energy, and a people-first mindset are a must.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Energetic, upbeat attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of AE and Aerie product lines is a plus.
• Passion for brand and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
