Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Morristown, TN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to energize the store experience and connect with guests. You will embody the AE brand, educate customers on products, and drive loyalty program participation while delivering exceptional service daily.

You'll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, staying upbeat and solutions-oriented. Prior retail experience is a plus, with a focus on teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior retail or brand ambassador experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and maintain coverage.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
