Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the AEO experience to life. You will greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and help create a welcoming store atmosphere.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, handle multiple tasks with energy, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet guest demand. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details with recommendations.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• You can move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following policy.
• You're a team player and assist your team to get the job done.
