American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Knoxville is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, loving our products and helping guests find exactly what they need.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. This role offers development opportunities and AE benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
