Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Fllex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support team to complete store tasks.
