Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Prince William, VA to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and move fluidly across Salesfloor, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while upholding store standards.

This role requires energy, customer focus, and previous retail exposure. You will be part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and a great customer experience at every visit.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy engaging with guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest in AE & Aerie products and educating customers on features.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with a solutions-oriented approach while following policy.
• Be a collaborative team member supporting store goals.
