Job summary

AEO is looking for a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brands to life in-store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and representing the brand with pride. You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to meet store goals.

The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and ready to engage with guests across shifts. Retail experience and being 18+ are a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
• Retail experience preferred; 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
