Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador for our Palm Beach store. You will greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and provide an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding our brand standards.

Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will promote the loyalty program and help build lasting impressions with every guest.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to find ideal products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold AEO policies and maintain integrity.
