Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day and deliver an amazing in-store shopping experience. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding our values.

You’ll represent the AE brand with enthusiasm, help guests find exactly what they're looking for, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team in getting the job done.
