Job summary

AEO is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while upholding company values. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom to deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy helping people, and can work evenings, weekends and holidays. Minimum age is 16 and prior retail experience is a plus.

• You love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Competence in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and support store goals.
