Join AEO as a Part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an outstanding shopping experience and representing our company values. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program with energy and integrity.

Be a people person who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, able to flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding brand standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a retail environment.
• Ability to engage guests using the AE Selling Model.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team to achieve store goals.
