Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Brandon, FL to bring the brand to life in-store. You will welcome guests, demonstrate the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and help them find the perfect fit while building loyalty.

You will move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. We value energy, teamwork, and a positive attitude; you must be at least 16 years old and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options that fit their needs.
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Uphold company policies and represent the brand with integrity.
