Job summary

AEO seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering a memorable shopping experience. You will represent AE and Aerie, share product details, and educate guests while promoting the loyalty program.

Ideal candidates are energetic, experienced in retail, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, always reflecting our values.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details; you make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can hang and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player and ready to support your team in getting the job done.
• You uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
