Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist who greets members, assists with DMV-related services, notary duties, and travel-related transactions. You will help with memberships, insurance payments, and basic administrative tasks, while providing high-quality service per Club standards.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, handling notary and DMV duties where applicable, and supporting branch operations with accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 3 and/or 4 or related experience required.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks daily.
• As required, obtain and maintain valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and determine the nature of service required; provide or direct to appropriate area.
• Provide DMV registration services where available; follow state regulations and club procedures.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, and travel materials; assist with hotel and car reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships; process membership and insurance payments.
• Issue passport photos and IDP’s; process Travel Money transactions; sell merchandise and tickets.
• Balance cash drawer; prepare daily deposits; assist with daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Provide notary services per National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Mentor junior staff; assist with scheduling and performance feedback.
