Qualifications

• At least 4 years of branch banking experience, including senior teller and intermediate new accounts.
• Ability to lead a team and handle multiple branch responsibilities.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, processes, and products.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the branch, process daily reports, and provide approvals.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, including teller and new accounts duties.
• Resolve client service concerns and complex complaints.
• Provide leadership and supervision to branch staff.
• Occasionally support back-office departments or special projects.
• Train staff on proper banking procedures.
• Ensure high quality customer service goals are met.
