Job summary

First Harvest Credit Union is seeking an MSR III to serve as a member-focused team member within our branch network. The role involves handling transactions, promoting products, coaching staff, and supporting branch leadership to deliver exceptional service.

The position requires strong knowledge of credit union products, compliance with regulations, and the ability to travel to multiple branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years as MSR II or similar role in a financial institution is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Experience coaching/training others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to FHCU Service Standards.
• Perform branch MSR duties with minimal supervision.
• Be first point of contact for member issues and escalations.
• Coach and train new team members.
• Engage members to determine financial needs and recommend products.
