Qualifications

• 1 year of teller or customer service experience.
• Cash handling and sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and judgement capabilities.
• Proficiency in typing and Windows-based PC usage.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, money orders, and card advances with accuracy.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the branch as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service to members in-person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Utilize sales techniques to cross-sell credit union products based on member profiles.
• Maintain compliance with policies, including BSA logs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding teller line operations and member interactions.
