Global Credit Union in the United States is seeking a Senior Branch Services Specialist to enhance member experiences and deepen relationships through expert product knowledge and personalized engagement. The role involves coaching branch staff, supporting MSC, and driving branch initiatives.

The position requires strong communication, leadership, and willingness to travel, with a base salary range dependent on location. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Passion for helping people and building relationships to meet financial goals.
• Strong communication and personnel management skills.
• Willingness to travel and may require use of own vehicle; able to lift 25 pounds.
• Tenure: Senior Branch Services Specialist after six months in Senior Financial Service Representative.

Mansioni

• Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience.
• Deepen member relationships through knowledge of credit union products and services and engagement strategies.
• Use consultative approach to develop solutions for members' financial well-being.
• Coach and motivate branch employees and assist with training of products and policies.
• Participate in branch promotions and community events.
• Support the Member Service Center by monitoring call activities and allocating assistance.
• Provide recommendations for branch improvements with member and employee experience in mind.
• Assume supervision for area branches as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
