Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Conduct sales calls and develop a personal referral network.
• Build interdependent teams across functions to create value for stakeholders.
• Monitor sales and service performance against plan and close gaps.
• Plan and control unit operating expenses and manage branch budgets.
• Lead implementation of new programs, products, and processes within the branch.
