BMO Financial Group is seeking a Branch Leader in the United States (California) to guide and coach staff in delivering outstanding service and achieving growth targets. You will advise customers on suitable banking products, develop branch plans, and expand the referral network through community engagement.

Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Advanced knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• Working knowledge of branch operational processes, policies, and applicable regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer interaction and collaboration.
