The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and a strong service culture, with accountability for staff development and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Five or more years of credit union, banking, or related financial services experience, including at least two years leading a team.
• Demonstrated record of growing member or customer relationships.
• Working knowledge of deposit and lending products and applicable regulations, including BSA/AML.
• Must be bondable

Responsibilities

• Lead a full-service branch as senior representative in the market.
• Own branch results for deposits, loans, and memberships while ensuring member experience.
• Develop and execute an annual branch business plan with cross-team collaboration.
• Manage risk, compliance, and security including BSA/AML and privacy.
• Hire, develop, and coach branch staff and manage performance.
• Drive community engagement and local market presence.
• Oversee branch operations, budgeting, and digital channel adoption.
