Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college with emphasis in Finance, Business, or Management.
• Or two years' experience with a financial institution with emphasis in cash operations.
• One year leadership and supervision experience preferred.
• Must have general knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high performing team that meets the cultural standards of Texas Trust while cultivating a strong member portfolio.
• Deliver effective feedback through observations, coaching, and one-on-ones.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to set measurable development goals and create a positive work environment.
• Acquire loyal members by building rapport and tailoring products and services to meet their needs.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional member service and drive results for the team.
• Hold team members accountable for results, including competencies, service behaviors, policies, and procedures.
• Support business development through community functions and credit union events.
• Assist with branch operations including personnel, equipment, supplies and maintenance.
• Maintain operating standards through audits, compliance, training, and loss mitigation.
• Prevent fraudulent activities by adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Texas Trust policies.
• Assist members with service requests as needed.
• Monitor branch cash controls to meet member needs within limits.
• Control expenses with responsible financial management.
