Chase in Dallas is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will grow deposits and investments, oversee branch operations, and coach staff to success while upholding risk controls and compliance.

This role represents our brand with hospitality and integrity in the local community. The position requires strong leadership, a track record of coaching and empowering employees, and a willingness to work extended hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of branch management, retail banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Strong focus on risk management and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company’s culture and values.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
