Job summary

Texas Trust Credit Union seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in delivering outstanding member service and leading a high-performing team. You will assist with training, daily operations, and a culture of integrity across the branch.

Responsibilities include coaching, developing goals, driving member satisfaction, and ensuring compliant practices while managing branch resources and cash controls. Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate multiple computer systems efficiently.
• Organized, meticulous self-starter who can work independently.

• Ability to manage all member information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high performing team aligned with Texas Trust standards and member portfolio goals.
• Provide effective feedback through observations, coaching, and one-on-ones.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to set development goals and a positive work environment.
• Acquire loyal members by understanding needs and tailoring services.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional member service and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support business development through community involvement and credit union events.
• Oversee branch operations including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain audits, training, and loss mitigation to uphold operational standards.
• Prevent fraudulent activity by following policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Texas Trust policies.
• Assist members with service requests and inquiries.
• Monitor cash controls to meet member needs within branch limits.
• Control expenses through prudent management.

• Comply with regulations and legal requirements.
