Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience and a university degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a managerial role in an operations or production environment.
• Notary Public eligibility required in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads branch performance, driving growth and market share through new and existing clients.
• Leads and coaches a high performing team, ensures risk mitigation and strong employee engagement.
• Delivers a proactive client experience with technology-enabled interactions and holistic financial solutions.
