Job summary

KEMBA is seeking a Senior Branch Manager in Columbus to lead sales, service, and operations for a high-contact branch. You will coach and develop associates, drive member engagement, and foster community relationships while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The role demands strong leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and requires proactive outreach to grow membership and manage overall branch performance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• One+ years of management experience in a sales environment.
• Three+ years of financial services experience.
• Demonstrated strong results in sales, member experience and operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads, motivates, and coaches associates to deliver on the branch mission.
• Develops associates through coaching, performance reviews, and career discussions.
• Establishes expectations and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Develops business relationships inside and outside the branch to grow membership and business.
• Stays involved in the community through chambers, networking, and events.
• Monitors branch performance metrics and takes corrective actions.
• Implements strategies to increase member satisfaction and drive growth.
• Addresses member and partner inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborates with tellers, back-office, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Proactively calls targeted leads to maximize membership usage of products and services.
• Manages branch operations in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Recruits, hires, and onboards new branch associates.
• Maintains attendance, cash discrepancy, and performance records.
